Lakeland Job Openings:


Behavioral Health Technician

Assists nursing staff in the delivery of patient/resident care. Requires a minimum of 2 years psych experience or 2 years of education in a human services field (Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Criminology, etc.).  Will consider CNA’s or those with Medical/behavioral healthcare experience. Full- and part-time positions available: minimum commitment is every other weekend.  Also hiring PRN (to work on an as needed basis).

Nurse (RN)

Must be a licensed RN in the state of Missouri. Psychiatric nursing experience preferred but we will provide training. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available, both 12 and 8 hour shifts. Competitive pay and benefits. RN’s also receive weekend premium pay, which is an additional 10% added to the hourly salary on weekends.  $2,000  SIGN-ON BONUS FOR FULL-TIME RN’S.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Missouri. Positions are available on our Adolescent Residential Units. Part-time positions available, 12 hour shifts. Also hiring for PRN (to work on an as needed basis).

Recreational Therapy (Certified)

We currently have full-time and PRN openings with PRN to work predominately weekends. Must have CTRS certification. Will develop and implement recreation therapy groups for various Acute Units and Residential Treatment Centers. Must be able to complete appropriate patient/resident assessment and documentation and maintain an activity schedule on assigned unit and update/improve as necessary.

Therapist (LCSW, LPC or Missouri Licensed Psychologist)

Will provide individual and family therapy, as well as case management. We have both Full-Time and PRN (to work on an as needed basis). Hours will vary.

Patient Transporter (PRN Openings)

Must be available on pre-specified days (including weekends). Requires wearing a pager and being on-call for 12 hour shifts, with the ability to respond and arrive at the Hospital within 1 hour.  Must possess, or be able to obtain, a Missouri Class E (Chauffeur’s) License. Must have excellent driving record. A minimum of 2 years experience/education in a human services field required. Drives hospital vehicle. Full-time and PRN (to work on an as needed basis).

Cook

Prepares food for patients, employees, and visitors. Maintains clean equipment and work areas.  Must have experience in the food service industry as a cook; hospital experience preferred.
